Do you accept returns?

To keep prices fair and quality high, all sales are final — we do not accept returns once delivery is complete.

How we protect you: every order is inspected and photographed before it leaves our warehouse, and our delivery team walks through each piece with you on arrival. You'll sign a packing slip confirming everything was received in good condition. Any damage noted at the time of delivery is resolved on the spot.

How does delivery work, and what does it cost?

We offer white-glove delivery on every order — our team brings the furniture into your home, places it where you want it, and takes the packaging away. Pricing depends on your order total:

  • Free on orders $1,500 and up
  • 25% of your order total on orders $500–$1,499
  • $45 flat fee on orders under $499 (local area only)
What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Inspect every piece carefully while our delivery team is still with you. If you notice any damage, defect, or missing parts, point it out before signing the packing slip — we will resolve it on the spot, whether that means swapping the piece, taking it back to the warehouse, or arranging a repair.

Once you've signed the packing slip confirming the order was received in good condition, we are unable to honor damage claims after the fact.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — we offer an optional 5-year extended warranty on most furniture, sold separately at checkout. It covers manufacturer defects and structural issues for five years from the date of delivery. Ask a team member for details on what's covered for your specific piece.
