Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery & Returns Policy

Our policy is built around a simple idea: every piece leaves our warehouse in perfect condition, and you confirm that with your own eyes before signing for it. Here's how it works.

All sales are final after delivery acceptance

To keep our prices fair and the quality high, all sales are final once your order is signed for in good condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the delivery slip is signed.

This is not a policy designed to trap you, it's a policy that lets us avoid restocking fees, return-shipping charges, and the kind of overhead that drives prices up at bigger chains. In exchange, we take real steps to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, in the condition you expect.

How we protect you at delivery

  1. Pre-delivery inspection. Every order is checked and photographed before it leaves our warehouse.
  2. White-glove arrival. Our delivery team brings each piece into your home, places it where you want it, and removes the packaging.
  3. Walk-through with you. Before they leave, the crew walks through each piece with you. Open drawers, check finishes, sit on the cushions, plug in any mechanisms.
  4. Sign the packing slip. You sign confirming everything was received in good condition. Note any damage, defect, or missing parts on the slip before signing, do not sign if you have any concerns.
  5. On-the-spot resolution. Anything flagged at delivery is resolved immediately, swap, return to warehouse, or repair, whatever makes you whole.

What happens if I sign and then notice a problem later?

Once the packing slip is signed confirming receipt in good condition, we are unable to honor damage claims after the fact. That's why the walk-through is so important, take your time, look at everything, and don't sign until you're sure.

For manufacturer defects that emerge later, see the warranty section below.

Warranty

An optional 5-year extended warranty is available on most furniture, sold separately at checkout. It covers manufacturer defects and structural issues for five years from the date of delivery, ask a team member what's covered for your specific piece.

Mattresses, mechanisms (recliners, sleepers), and any electronics are also covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, included with the product. For any warranty claim, call us first at (347) 270-5675, we'll handle it with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Special orders, custom items, and clearance

Special-order and custom-color pieces are non-cancellable once production begins. Clearance and "as-is" items are sold in their current condition with no warranty.

Acima lease purchases

The same delivery-acceptance policy applies to orders paid through Acima. If a problem is flagged and resolved at delivery (swap or return to warehouse), Acima will adjust your lease accordingly.

Questions before you buy?

We'd rather you ask now than be surprised later. Call the showroom at (347) 270-5675, or send us a message. We're here Monday-Saturday, 9am-7pm.
