Shipping & Delivery

We deliver furniture the way it should be delivered, in one piece, set up where you want it, with the packaging taken away when we leave. No driveway drop-offs, no boxes to wrestle through the door.

White-glove delivery on every order

Every order ships with our white-glove crew: two-person team, marked truck, full unboxing, assembly, placement in your room of choice, and removal of all packaging materials. Pricing is based on your order total:

  • Free on orders $1,500 and up
  • 25% of your order total on orders $500-$1,499
  • $45 flat fee on orders under $499 (local area only)

The delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your subtotal.

Delivery timeline

  • In-stock items: 5-10 business days from order confirmation
  • Special-order items: 2-6 weeks, we'll give you a specific estimate at checkout and confirm the date when we schedule your delivery
  • Bedroom sets and dining sets: 7-14 business days depending on availability of all pieces

Once your order is ready, we'll call to schedule a delivery window that works for you, typically a 3-hour morning or afternoon block, with a courtesy call when our truck is 30 minutes out.

What to expect on delivery day

  1. Our team arrives during your scheduled window in a marked truck.
  2. We inspect each piece with you before bringing it inside.
  3. Furniture is carried in, unboxed, assembled, and placed where you want it.
  4. We take all boxes, foam, and plastic with us.
  5. You sign the packing slip after inspecting everything carefully. Note any damage, defect, or missing parts on the slip before signing. Anything flagged at this point is resolved on the spot. Delivery area

We deliver throughout the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, lower Westchester, and northern New Jersey. The $45 flat fee for orders under $499 applies only to our local area, for deliveries outside this area, call the showroom and we'll quote a custom rate.

Before delivery: a quick checklist

  • Measure your doorways, hallways, and stairs, especially for sofas and bedroom sets
  • Clear a path from the front door to the delivery room
  • Move out any old furniture you're replacing
  • Have someone 18+ home during the delivery window to sign
  • Plan to inspect every piece carefully before signing, don't rush this step
