Refund policy

no money return,only store credit,there are no refunds or exchanges on floor sample merchandise, all sales are final no refund on special orders,any warranty should be specified on the invoice,due to uncontrollable circumstances,such as inclement traffic weather ETC. the arrival and delivery of furniture is subject to delay, this is not a reason for cancellation,O,D,Ds must be paid in cash or money order . DELIVERY IS AN ADDITIONAL COST AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PURCHARSE,Custumer must inspect the goods installed by our staff.we are not responsible for the misuse of the goods even beyond our staff installed,LAY A WAY IS 3 MONTHS and the deposit must be 30% of the total. There will be 30% charge fee in all cancellation, (regulars mattress and electronics are refurbished items )Customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods come through the door or elevator
